Any emerging artist is welcome to apply. We focus on original works and authentic creative voices — whether you're just starting out or already have an audience.
We do not allow mass-produced items, copies, prints of other artists' work, or anything that violates intellectual property rights. Every piece must be an original work created by you.
No. Joining Embrio Creative is completely free. We only take a 20% commission when your work sells — no hidden fees, no monthly charges.
Our team reviews your submission within 7–10 business days. If approved, your work goes live on the platform and we begin creating your media package.
Yes. You can contact us at any time to update descriptions, pricing, or remove a listing. We aim to process changes within 48 hours.
We take care of the shipping label — once a sale is confirmed, you will receive all necessary documents from us. You are responsible for packaging the artwork safely and handing it over to the carrier.
All shipments are insured. If an artwork is damaged in transit, the buyer receives a full refund and the case is handled entirely by us — the artist is not affected.
Payouts are processed within 14 days after a confirmed sale. You receive 80% of the sale price directly to your bank account or via your preferred payment method.
In the event of a buyer's revocation within the legal withdrawal period, the return costs are covered by the buyer. The artist is not charged anything.
Buyers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for all purchases. Returns are processed by us — the artist does not need to handle any returns directly.
If a buyer returns an artwork, it is sent directly back to you as the artist. The payout for that sale will be reversed. We will notify you as soon as the return is initiated.
